We supported the "Pilotes de la Loire" in the complete rewrite of their business applications:
- Piloting activity management (POLARIS solution)
- Billing management (Flow Invoice solution)
- Interfaces with third-party software (DMS and Accounting)
The project was finalized in early 2026, without any disruption to operations. We thus demonstrated our ability to intervene in critical, complex systems while honoring our commitments to results, deadlines, and budgets.
Scoping and technical modernity
The old system, which had become too complex to maintain and limited in the face of new billing regulations, had to be modernized without any loss of historical data.
Our approach focused on:
- Precise analysis of business rules specifically related to maritime piloting operations on the Loire.
- Creation of a modern and ergonomic web interface, simplifying the daily work of administrative teams.
- Automatic interfacing with the station's accounting and DMS system to avoid duplicate entries and error risks.
